Indian Police Force Review: When the trailer of Indian Police Force was launched, the biggest applause was for Rohit Shetty’s entry. Rohit may be a filmmaker but his status is like that of a superstar and this is because he has his own style and has created a separate fan following. When Rohit Shetty makes something, it is not the project of any actor or actress but it is Rohit Shetty’s project. Indian Police Force, released on Amazon Prime, also has Rohit Shetty’s name on it.
Story
Some blasts take place in Delhi and an atmosphere of terror is created everywhere. Delhi Police is unable to catch the terrorists and then they start spreading terror in other cities also. In such a situation, Siddharth Malhotra i.e. Kabir Malik, Vivek Oberoi i.e. Inspector Vikram and Tara Shetty get busy in solving the case and catching the terrorists. The story is not new but Rohit Shetty has presented it in his own style.
How is the web series?
Watching this web series of 7 episodes, you will feel as if you are watching three films of Rohit Shetty. Lots of vehicles fly, lots of explosions take place. There is a lot of action. All that happens is seen in Rohit Shetty’s films but all that happens is what has been seen in his films till now or we have seen in other such films. Nothing seems to be different. Yes, there are some surprising twists which keep you engaged but if you are a fan of Rohit Shetty’s Police Universe then you will not be disappointed.
acting
The work of Siddharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi and Shilpa Shetty is good. Rohit did whatever he said. Shilpa looks amazing while doing action. Siddharth and Vivek have done something like this before and here too they have done a good job.
direction
Rohit Shetty has directed this series in his own style. Rohit has tried to add all the spices for which he is known. Rohit Shetty has stuck to the genre of which he is a director. He has not tried to do anything different and the reason for this could also be that when Singham, Simmba and Suryavanshi have been based on the same spices, then doing something different could have been risky.
Shortage
The dialogues of the web series seem weak and somewhere the flavor of emotion is a little less. Yes, there is definitely fast action. Some such incidents have been shown to show how someone becomes a terrorist. We have seen a lot of what situations happen and it could have been reduced a little.
Overall, fans of Rohit Shetty will like this web series and will enjoy watching it.
